Welcome to Inner Architecture. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inner Architecture website, the purchase of our products and services, and your participation in our coaching programs and Astrological Blueprint offerings.
By using this website or purchasing a product or service from Inner Architecture, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Inner Architecture
Inner Architecture is a coaching and personal development practice created by Poiema Lee, registered in the Netherlands.
Inner Architecture offers coaching, educational resources, astrological readings/Blueprints, and other personal development products and services.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Inner Architecture,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Inner Architecture. “You” or “your” refers to the person using our website or purchasing or participating in our products or services.
2. Coaching Disclaimer
Inner Architecture provides coaching, personal development, reflection, and educational services.
Coaching is not therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical care, or any other form of licensed healthcare.
Our coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, medical condition, or illness. Inner Architecture does not provide medical or mental health diagnoses or prescribe or recommend medication or other medical treatments.
Coaching should not be used as a substitute for working with a qualified medical, mental health, or other licensed professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health, medical, or other serious personal concern, you should seek appropriate support from a qualified professional. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact the appropriate emergency services or crisis support in your location.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results throughout the coaching process.
3. Astrological Blueprint Disclaimer
Astrological Blueprints are provided for personal reflection, self-exploration, and educational purposes only.
Astrology is not a scientifically validated method of predicting future events, diagnosing conditions, or determining what you should do in your life.
Any interpretations, insights, themes, or suggestions provided through an Astrological Blueprint are intended as possibilities for reflection rather than facts, guarantees, predictions, or professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding what, if anything, you choose to take from an Astrological Blueprint.
Astrological Blueprints should not be used as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Coaching Services
Inner Architecture coaching programs are structured experiences designed to support self-reflection, personal development, and greater awareness of your values, patterns, desires, and choices.
The specific structure, duration, number of sessions, materials, and other details of your coaching experience will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Coaching outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, relationship, or other outcome as a result of participating in coaching.
You understand that meaningful results depend, in part, on your own participation, reflection, communication, and actions.
5. Coaching Payment & Payment Plans
The total price of the Inner Architecture coaching experience is €888, inclusive of applicable tax.
You may choose between:
Paying €888 in full at the time of purchase; or
Paying in 2 installments of €444 each, inclusive of applicable tax.
When you choose the two-payment option, the second installment remains due regardless of whether you choose to continue actively participating in the coaching experience.
A payment plan is a payment schedule, not a month-to-month subscription or cancellation option.
If a payment is unsuccessful or overdue, Inner Architecture reserves the right to pause access to coaching sessions, materials, or other services until the outstanding payment has been received.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Coaching fees and Astrological Blueprint purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Once you purchase a coaching program, you are committing to the full coaching experience and, where applicable, to the full payment amount even if you subsequently decide not to participate in all sessions.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide reasonable advance notice. Repeated missed sessions or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable law provides you with a right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase, those rights will apply regardless of the general refund policy stated above.
7. Astrological Blueprint Purchases
Astrological Blueprints are personalized services created specifically for the purchaser.
Once an Astrological Blueprint has been purchased and work has begun or the Blueprint has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The information you provide for your Blueprint, including your birth date, birth time, and birth location, is your responsibility. Inner Architecture is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
8. Website & Store Purchases
When purchasing any product or service through the Inner Architecture website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and contact information is accurate and up to date.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change our prices, offerings, availability, or product descriptions at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment issues, technical errors, or inaccurate pricing information.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available through the Inner Architecture website, coaching programs, Astrological Blueprints, workbooks, guides, written materials, videos, audio, exercises, frameworks, branding, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Inner Architecture/Poiema Lee unless otherwise stated.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased materials for your own personal use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, copy, modify, share, or commercially exploit Inner Architecture materials without our prior written permission.
You may not use Inner Architecture's proprietary frameworks, materials, or content to create or provide a competing service without our written permission.
10. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during coaching.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances where disclosure is required by law or where information is voluntarily shared by you with third parties.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any private materials, links, login details, or other information provided to you as part of your coaching experience.
11. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
12. No Guarantees
Inner Architecture does not guarantee specific results from coaching, astrology, or any other product or service.
We do not guarantee that our services will result in a particular level of income, business growth, career success, relationship outcome, emotional experience, personal transformation, or other result.
Any examples, testimonials, stories, or descriptions of potential outcomes are illustrative only and should not be understood as guarantees of what you will experience.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inner Architecture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in coaching and use our products and services and that you remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Inner Architecture website and associated services available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the website or services for maintenance, technical issues, updates, or other reasons.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of our services will be subject to the applicable courts and laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
