I’ve always been a natural problem-solver and cheerleader. For years, I worked behind-the-scenes in marketing and creative strategy, helping female founders clarify their vision, refine their brands, create solutions, and bring their ideas to life.

But eventually, I became less interested in the brands themselves and more fascinated by the women behind them.

As a female entrepreneur, I knew what it was like to lose yourself in productivity, achievement, and trying to build the “right” life.

Inner Architecture grew out of my own process of becoming, reinventing, and learning to trust myself again.

I’m still learning. That it’s safe to slow down. That I’m allowed to change my mind. That uncertainty doesn’t mean I’ve failed. That the space between before and after, as uncomfortable as it can be, is where the magic happens.

I created Inner Architecture because I don’t believe we’re meant to navigate that terrain alone. I’ve found through personal experience that connection and accountability are some of the most effective tools for generating change.

Inner Architecture is a space to be witnessed with compassion, to be gently challenged and pushed to expand, and to begin making decisions that are in alignment with your next chapter.

I work with ambitious, creative women navigating the spaces between one version of themselves and the next; whether that’s burnout, heartbreak, an identity shift, a career pivot, or simply the quiet feeling that something has to change.

My work sits at the intersection of self-inquiry, creativity, spirituality, emotional depth, and grounded accountability.

I’m not here to hand you a blueprint for who you should become.

I’m here to help you hear yourself clearly enough to begin creating one of your own.

Because I believe you don’t need to have yourself figured out to create a meaningful life. You just need the curiosity and willingness to keep becoming.

Inner Architecture is the work of remembering and reinstating You as the Architect of your own life.

Based in Amsterdam, I work globally with women who are ready to dig themselves out of the trenches, trust themselves more deeply, and create what comes next from the inside out.

Hi, I'm Poiema.

To be seen and held by Poiema is to be loved to the nth degree. It is a rare luxury to experience the presence she offers. Poiema is able to listen with extraordinary depth and create a space where every part of me is welcome and safe to unravel exactly as I am. Because of this container and our time together, I’ve been able to hear myself clearly again. The change I’m talking about is becoming more courageous, more audacious, and more willing to trust the life that is asking to be lived through me. I am endlessly grateful for our time together the past 7 weeks, and I cannot recommend this work enough to anyone longing to inhabit and embody themselves wholeheartedly from the ground up.
